Greetings from Mid-Michigan – The Great Lakes State!
We have been busy getting everything ready for the three Family Union Meetings in September. As I am writing this it’s September 1st and I can’t tell you if it was a success; however I’m sure it will be. I’ll fill next month’s article with everything I can think of.
There was an on the job fatality at Local 50 on August 25, 2017. If you knew about the accident I hope you had the family in your prayers. I don’t know what can be done to stop our members from being injured or even worse becoming a fatality. Please no matter what you do, think safety before doing anything else and keep your mind on the job. I want to let all the members, friends and family of Grant Davidson know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Kalamazoo: 10.4.2017 First Wednesday at 10:00 am, Theo & Stacey’s. This is the annual meeting where the retirees bring their wives and the wives of members that have passed get together.
